Zolwex does not sell or ship products. All purchases are made directly with the manufacturer or retailer we link to.
How shipping works
When you purchase a product through a link on Zolwex, you are buying directly from the manufacturer or an authorized retailer. Shipping terms, costs, delivery timelines, and available destinations are determined entirely by that seller — not by Zolwex.
Where to find shipping information
Shipping details for each product are available on the official product page we link to. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer's shipping policy before completing your purchase. Key things to check include:
- Countries or regions the seller ships to
- Estimated delivery timeframes
- Shipping costs and any free shipping thresholds
- Tracking information availability
Questions about a specific order
For questions about an order you have already placed, contact the seller directly using the contact information provided on their website or in your order confirmation email. Zolwex does not have access to order information and cannot assist with shipping inquiries.
